Incubator and Innovation Centre Programs Incubator and Innovation Centre Programs focus on the facilitation of networks of Incubators and Innovation Centres (IICs) in the local setting of city economies. These IIC networks enable vibrant, industry-focused innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems with research, innovation and entrepreneurial programs to stimulate competitiveness and to enable economic growth in the setting of city economies.
