In support of the objectives and members of IISEIE, the board of directors may from time-to-time establish operational branches of IISEIE in specific geographic locations to support the various administration, logistics and program functions and services.

Each operation branch is established as a limited liability not-for-profit entity based on the legal requirements and frameworks of that country. All operational branch administration, logistics, financial and program matters are directed by the CEO of IISEIE, on behalf of the board of directors.
